be obsessive compulsive about having to do a weight and then that can make you very uncomfortable to have the and um also you being percent or lower is a good thing so just you know that's that's good but ninety percent is extremely high to train with okay you see percent is good if I was doing percent of my one rep max based on the squat form that I do and stuff I'd be using like pounds all the time of my workout
